Oulifit Refund & Return Policy

At Oulifit, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks, undergarments, or headwear

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital products

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship your item back using a trackable service.
